Cardio Kickboxing
Hey Ladies, this is the class you have been looking for! Technique training from a pro, so you learn how to punch and kick correctly. So correct that you probably will be able to knock someone out if you had to! This is only part of the class. Most of the class will consist of fun yet very sweaty workouts. You will kick pads, you will punch bags, you will beat up dummies, you will do balance and agility drills, and you move to the music! This will be the most fun you ever had working out. Also we will get you stretched out before you leave with a state of the art Muai Thai stretching exercise at the end of class. All this in an hour! Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6pm. You can step in anytime and join! Dont let the excuse of "my friend wont come with me" hold you back! They will come after they see what this class does for you!
